Waazuup? A successful youth food drive that's what! This crew teamed up to collect food around town to help with a school wide drive for the local Sherwood Helping Hands food bank and this middle school in Sherwood did an amazing job! These Laurel Ridge girls organized a team with Stuff the Truck and with the help of the Sherwood community, lots of food to contribute to the Sherwood food bank! Their teamwork also helped them earn over 1,800 food points for their group. They spent 3 hours braving the cold and rain running house to house around town to collect food, fill boxes and stuff the truck! Wet, cold and a little tired, the day was warmed by their caring hearts and the many people who helped them in their mission to make a difference in their community. They had loads of fun, shared many laughs and made great memories along the way...
